WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve the audit of bills presented as the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Abstract with a run date

of January 6, 2005 and payment date of January 11, 2005 numbering 24-611300 through 25-
012400 and totaling $333,053.41, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Budget Officer and/or
Town Supervisor to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of
this Resolution.
