RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY AND ADIRONDACK THEATRE FESTIVAL

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Adirondack Theatre Festival presents numerous performances and events
annually in the Town of Queensbury and the City of Glens Falls, thereby promoting the cultural
development of the community, and
WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to enter into an agreement with the Adirondack
Theatre Festival for the year 2005 for the promotion of performances and events to Town residents, and
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement has been presented at this meeting and is in form approved by
Town Counsel,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Agreement between the
Town and the Adirondack Theatre Festival substantially in the form presented at this meeting and
authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to execute the Agreement, with funding for the Agreement be
paid for from the appropriate Town account.
