RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT WITH
SARATOGA MUSICAL UNION

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to contract with the Saratoga Musical Union for
the year 2005, and
WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement has been presented at this meeting and is in form
approved by Town Counsel,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves of the Agreement between
the Town and the Saratoga Musical Union substantially in the form presented at this meeting and
authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to execute the Agreement with funding for the Agreement
to be paid for from the appropriate Town account.
