WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve the audit of bills presented as the

Abstract with a run date of February 3, 2005 and a payment date of February 8, 2005,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Abstract with a run date

of February 3, 2005 and payment date of February 8, 2005 numbering 25-034300 through 25-
059100 and totaling $1,310,458.59, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Budget Officer and/or
Town Supervisor to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of
this Resolution.
