REAPPOINTMENT OF JACK LABOMBARD
AS RECREATION COMMISSION MEMBER

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 77, 2005 the Queensbury Town Board reappointed Jack
LaBombard to the Town’s Recreation Commission, and
WHEREAS, such Resolution inaccurately listed the expiration date of Mr. LaBombard’s term

as December 31, instead of the correct expiration date of December 31, , and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to amend Resolution No.: 77, 2005 accordingly,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No.: 77, 2005
such that Jack LaBombard’s term on the Town’s Recreation Commission shall expire on December

31, 2011, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby affirms and ratifies Resolution No.: 77, 2005 in all
other respects.
