WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve the audit of bills presented as the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Abstract with a run date

of March 3, 2005 and payment date of March 8, 2005 numbering 25-096200 through 25-110800
and totaling $416,050.14, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Budget Officer and/or
Town Supervisor to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of
this Resolution.
