WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve the audit of bills presented as the

Abstract with a run date of March 17, 2005 and a payment date of March 22, 2005,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Abstract with a run date
thnd
of March 17, 2005 and payment date of March 22, 2005 numbering 25-110900 through 25-
137900 and totaling $383,064.41, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Budget Officer and/or
Town Supervisor to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of
this Resolution.
