TO HOST 5K RACE

WHEREAS, Adirondack Nautilus, Ltd., has requested permission to conduct a 5K race
(run/walk) as follows:

: Saturday, May 21, 2005 - 9:00 a.m.
PLACE
: Beginning at Queensbury Racquet Club/ Adirondack Nautilus
on Glenwood Avenue, north on Bay Road to Adirondack
Community College and returning to Adirondack Nautilus.
The run will be conducted on the east side of Bay Road and
will return on the west side of Bay to Glenwood Avenue.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby acknowledges receipt of proof of
insurance from the Adirondack Nautilus, Ltd. to conduct a 5K race (run/walk) in the Town of
Queensbury, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby approves this race subject to approval by the Town
Highway Superintendent, which may be revoked due to concern for road conditions at any time up to
the date and time of the race, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that this race shall also be subject to the approval of the Warren County
Superintendent of Public Works.
