RESOLUTION AMENDING 2005 BUDGET TO INCREASE
APPROPRIATIONS AND AMEND FUND BALANCE

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury Hiland Park Sewer District has incurred miscellaneous
equipment costs greater than originally budgeted for, and
WHEREAS, the Hiland Park Sewer District has sufficient surplus fund balances and has met
New York State Comptroller's requirements for the appropriation of fund balance during the fiscal
year, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to increase appropriations and appropriated fund balance
in the Hiland Park Sewer Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves, authorizes and directs that
the 2005 Budget be amended by increasing appropriations and increase Appropriated Fund Balance in
the Hiland Park Sewer District Fund - Misc. Equipment Account No.: 34-8120-2001 in the amount of
$7,157, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town's Budget Officer
to make any necessary adjustments, transfers, or prepare any necessary documentation to effectuate the
terms of this Resolution.
