Highxays. in the Town- of queensbury after some discussion the following resolution was adopted Resolution #S Whereas the Hudson Trans.. portation Company Inc has presented a petition for consent of the town Board of the Town Of Queensbury Warren Co N.Y. under and W pursuant to section 66 of the transportation Corporation Laws of State of New york to establish and oporate an ommibts or motor" vehical • _ rout upon ,and alongeertain streets avenues and public places in the Town of queensbury Warren County N.Y, as Follows Commencing at a point on Midge Road at_ the .northaly j Corporation tine at the City Of Glens Falls running thence northaly along the Ridge Road so called to the hamlet of -onida thence westerlsyon the Highway leading from the ridge road along the south side of lake Sunneyside to the county High : known as bay road to the northaly corporation line of the bity of Glens Falls and in boath Directions gym. also commencing at a point on the State Highway r leading from §lens Falls to . Lage George where the same is intersected by Glenwood avenue running thence northely along glenwood avenueto a point near the Glens Falls Brick and Lumber Corporation thence westerlay and along the highway on the ��rly side of the Glens Falls Brick and lumber Corporation aboUf t `� . hundred Feet 200 thence northaly along the highway known as the eo club highway, to the county highway at. the enterance of the glens ally Coutry Club thence westerly along the county highv�ay j to, O Brions Beech so called and in boath directions on a motion of Clerk Turner seconed 'by Justice taylor all presant voting in the affirmative it was resolved that said petition be placed on file that a publick hearing to consider and act upon said petition to be held at a meeting of said board at the Town clerks Office in the Town of auecnsbury Warren Bounty N.Y. on -the 30th day of april 1929 at I P.I.T. Standard time and that the clerk is directed to give public notice of said hearing by publishing` a notice to that affect in the Glens Falls Post Star a news paper . circulation in the Town of Queensbury Marren County N.Y. at least w once prior to said meeting Resolution #, g °interdeced by Clerk Turner seconed by .Justice Taylor all .:; y presant voting in the affirmative it was resolved that the Town Board hereby authorizes Supervisor Mead to pay C.T.Cool agent the sum of $44.40 premium of the reniewl of toe insurance on the I928 Chevorlet truck Policy 1/847605 to cover Liability and property.. amage and he is furttaer"authorized to 'pay < . }-, Same prio to audit . 4 } s; z . " Resolution #I0 Intorduced by Justice Taylor and seconed by �► Clerk Turner all presant voting in the affirmative it was I hereby resolved that the Town Board , hereby authorizes the Town S Supertendant to pay the ,Glens Falls Brick and Dumber Corpoati;on . the sum of 22,50 for 30 bage of cement purchased by Harry Hub,b011 former supertendant of Highways And Further resolved that sum shall be paid .from bridg fund in the matter of sanitary inspector for the 'town of Veaensbury the following resolution was adopted a Resolution #II intorduced by Justice Hicks seconed by justice Gifford all presant voting in the affirmative it was resolved that the Town Board hereby appoints Harry B Smith or Sanitary inspector of the Town of Queensbury for the year commencing on the 27th day of april 1929 and ending -on the 27th day of-april I930 to serve with compensation from the Town of C Queensbury p Resolution #I2 Intorduced by Justice Gifford seconed by Justice Hicks all presant voting in the affirmative it was resolved <' that the Town Board fixes hours for the ensuing five months .
