Connie Goedert, Superintendent of Cemeteries Chuck Rice, Director of Building & Grounds Rich Paris, Superintendent of Solid Waste Barbara Tierney, Budget Officer Joanne Watkins, Accountant Pamela Hunsinger, Legal Assistant Victoria LaMarque, Administrative Assistant to Supervisor Joan Aldous, Town Historian Susan Sheehan, CSEA Union Representative Supervisor Strough called meeting to order… Supervisor Strough reviewed the most current Governor’s directive effective March 17, 2020 for all local governments specific to non-essential employee declaration and reducing in-person workforce to 50 percent. Discussion held regarding non-essential employees versus essential employees; reducing in- person workforce to 50 percent; the ability for some employees to work remotely; conducting town meetings and limiting public access to the town buildings. The following was agreed upon:  Effective 8 a.m. March 18, 2020 Town Office Buildings to be closed to the public with strict access by appointment only as necessary. Signage will be posted, website updated and press release dispersed. Email, phone, online transactions and mail will be encouraged. Appointment information must be provided to Security. (Closings do not apply to Queensbury Town Court and Pine View Cemetery Buildings)  Reduce in-person workforce to 50 percent; Department Managers to provide plan to Supervisor to incorporate in Town of Queensbury COVID-19 Pandemic Response Plan.  Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board Meetings will be canceled effective immediately until further notice.  Town Board Meetings will continue.
