WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve the audit of bills presented as the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Abstract with a run date

of May 12, 2005 and payment date of May 17, 2005 numbering 25-207000 through 25-232900
and totaling $449,390.61, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Budget Officer and/or
Town Supervisor to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of
this Resolution.
