RESOLUTION APPOINTING CURRENT ALTERNATE JOYCE HUNT
REGULAR MEMBER OF ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Roger Boor
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury Zoning
Board of Appeals (ZBA) in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, a regular ZBA member recently resigned and so the Town Board wishes to
appoint Joyce Hunt, current alternate member, to serve as a regular member of the ZBA,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Joyce Hunt to serve as a

regular member of the Town’s Zoning Board of Appeals until her term expires on December 31,
2012.
