WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve the audit of bills presented as the

Abstract with a run date of June 16, 2005 and a pay date of June 21, 2005,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Abstract with a run date

of June 16, 2005 and pay date of June 21, 2005 numbering 25-259500 through 25-286900 and
totaling $624,563.17, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Budget Officer and/or
Town Supervisor to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of
this Resolution.
