WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve the audit of bills presented as the

Abstract with a run date of September 22, 2005 and a pay date of September 27, 2005,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Abstract with a run date
ndth
of September 22, 2005 and pay date of September 27, 2005 numbering 25-412600 through 25-44-
3100 and totaling $1,095,561.93, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Budget Officer and/or
Town Supervisor to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of
this Resolution.
