APA PROJECT NO. 2019-0198
Date: April 16, 2020
The purpose of this notice is to inform you that on April 8, 2020 the Agency conditionally
approved the project and issued Permit 2019-0198.
The project is located in the Town of Fort Ann in Washington County and Queensbury in
Warren County , on or near Ridge Road. The tax m ap number of the project site is: Section
240.6, Block 1, Parcel(s) 37 and 39 and Section 91, Block 1, Parcel(s) 21 and 22.2. The
project is briefly described as follows: Construction of a replacement on-site wastewater
treatment system within 100 feet of wetlands. The new on-site wastewater treatment
system will serve an existing three-bedroom single-family dwelling.
