WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve the audit of bills presented as the

Abstract with a run date of November 22, 2005 and a “from pay due date 11/21/2005 to
11/21/2005,”
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Abstract with a run date
nd
of November 22, 2005 and a “from pay due date 11/21/2005 to 11/21/2005,” numbering 25-514200
through 25-556200 and totaling $1,311,665.34, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Budget Officer and/or
Town Supervisor to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of
this Resolution.
