RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADOPTION OF NON-UNION SALARY
STRUCTURE FOR THE YEAR 2006

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board previously adopted and then revised its Wage and
Salary Structure (Structure) as part of its Salary Administration Program in Section IV of the Town’s
Employee Management System Handbook, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to revise the Structure as proposed in the document
presented at this meeting entitled, “Town of Queensbury Non-Union Salary Structure,” effective
January 1, 2006,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and adopts the Non-Union
Salary Structure effective January 1, 2005 as follows:

RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Budget Officer to replace the current Non-Union Salary Structure with this new Non-Union Salary
Structure in the Town’s Wage and Salary Administration Program in the Employee Management
System Handbook.
