OF TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to reappoint Darleen M. Dougher as Tax
Receiver for the years 2004 and 2005,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, in accordance with New York State Town Law §20, Subdivision 6(E) and
Resolution No.: 97 of 1967, the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Darleen M. Dougher as its
Receiver of Taxes and Assessments, such appointment to expire December 31, 2005.
