AND SECRETARY OF QUEENSBURY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town’s Zoning Board of
Appeals in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, Charles McNulty’s term on the Zoning Board of Appeals expired on December

31, 2003 and he has expressed his wish for reappointment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby re-appoints Charles McNulty to serve
as a member and the Secretary of the Queensbury Zoning Board of Appeals until his term expires on
December 31, 2011.
