RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISIONS TO QUEENSBURY WATER
DEPARTMENT DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 210 of 1987, the Queensbury Town Board accepted the
Queensbury Water Department’s Design and Construction Standards (Standards) and by Resolution
No. 116.2000, approved revisions to such Standards, and
WHEREAS, the Water Superintendent has again proposed revisions to the Standards as
presented at this meeting and has requested Town Board approval of such Standards,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves of the Queensbury Water
Department’s Design & Construction Standards as revised and presented at this meeting and further
authorizes and directs the Water Superintendent to distribute the new Standards and take any action
necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
