RESOLUTION APPROVING YEAR 2002 VOLUNTEER AMBULANCE
WORKER SERVICE AWARD PROGRAM RECORDS FOR
WEST GLENS FALLS EMERGENCY SQUAD, INC.

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Theodore Turner
WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board previously authorized engagement of PENFLEX,
Inc., to provide the 2002 Standard Year End Administration Services for the Town’s Volunteer
Ambulance Workers Service Award Program, and
WHEREAS, as part of the Service Award Program, it is necessary that the Town Board
approve each Emergency Squad’s Year 2002 Service Award Program Records, and
WHEREAS, the Town Supervisor’s Office has received and reviewed the records from the
West Glens Falls Emergency Squad, Inc. and found them to be complete, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to approve these records,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the 2002 Volunteer
Ambulance Worker Service Award Program Records for the West Glens Falls Emergency Squad, Inc.,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to take
all action necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
