RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY OF
COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY COORDINATOR
RESOLUTION NO.: 90, 2004

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY : Mr. John Strough
WHEREAS, by previous Town Board Resolution, the Queensbury Town Board set
salaries for the Year 2004, and
WHEREAS, there was an oversight in such Resolution, such that the salary for the
Computer Technology Coordinator was not increased for the year 2004, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to properly amend the salary for the position,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs that the
salary for the Computer Technology Coordinator, William Shaw, be set at $39,330 per annum

effective January 1, 2004, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Budget Officer’s Office to complete any forms and take any action necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
