RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS ON TOWN
OF QUEENSBURY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board has received the Queensbury Zoning Board of
Appeals’ recommendation for its year 2004 officers, and
WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to authorize the Zoning Board of Appeals’
appointment of officers for 2004,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes the appointment of Lewis
Stone as Chairman, J. Paul Hayes as Vice Chairman and Charles McNulty as Secretary of the Town’s
Zoning Board of Appeals for 2004.
