RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.: 53,2004 REGARDING
PURCHASE OF CHEVROLET IMPALA FOR WATER DEPARTMENT

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 53,2004 the Queensbury Town Board authorized the Water
Superintendent’s purchase of a Chevrolet Impala from Motors Fleet for an amount not to exceed
$14,619, and
WHEREAS, the Water Superintendent has advised that the price was incorrect in such
Resolution and the correct price is $14,659, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to therefore amend Resolution No. 53,2004 accordingly,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No.: 53,2004 such
that the purchase price for the Chevrolet Impala to be purchased by the Water Department shall be for
the amount of $14,659, such purchase to be from Motors Fleet, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby affirms and ratifies Resolution No.: 53,2004 in all
other respects.
