RESOLUTION APPROVING AUDIT OF BILLS –
JANUARY AND FEBRUARY 2004 ABSTRACTS

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve, ratify and affirm the audit of
bills presented as the Abstracts of January and February, 2004,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves, ratifies and affirms the
Abstracts of January and February, 2004 numbering 24000000 through 24096900 and totaling
$3,992,803.09, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board affirms and ratifies the Town Budget Officer and/or Town
Supervisor’s actions taken during January and February concerning such audits and authorizes and
directs the Budget Officer and/or Town Supervisor to take such other and further action as may be
necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
