RESOLUTION APPROVING YEAR 2003 SERVICE AWARD PROGRAM
RECORDS FOR QUEENSBURY VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANIES

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Roger Boor
WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board previously authorized engagement of PENFLEX,
Inc., to provide the 2003 Standard Year End Administration Services for the Town’s Volunteer Fire
Companies Service Award Program, and
WHEREAS, as part of the Service Award Program, it is necessary that the Town Board
approve the Fire Companies’ Year 2003 Service Award Program Records, and
WHEREAS, the Town Supervisor’s Office has received and reviewed the records from each
of the Town’s five (5) Volunteer Fire Companies and found them to be complete, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to approve these records,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the 2003 Volunteer Fire
Company Service Award Program Records for each of the Town’s five (5) Volunteer Fire Companies,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Budget Officer to take all action necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
