379.2004 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INCREASE OF APPROPRIATIONS AND ESTIMATED REVENUES AND AMENDING 2004 TOWN BUDGET TO ACCOMMODATE INCREASE IN GASOLINE BUDGET FOR TOWN HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT RESOLUTION NO.: 379, 2004 INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Theodore Turner WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Mr. John Strough WHEREAS, there is a need to amend the 2004 Budget to increase the Highway Department’s budget for the remainder of the 2004 fiscal year due to lingering, high gasoline prices, and WHEREAS, the Highway Department has requested a budget amendment, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs amendment of the Town’s 2004 Budget as follows: 1) Increase Estimated Revenues in Account #004-0004-2801 (Interfund Revenue) by the amount of $35,000; and 2) Increase Appropriations in Account #004-5130-4410 (Vehicle Fuel) by the amount of $35,000; and and BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, that the Town Board further approves, authorizes and directs the Town Budget Officer to make any necessary adjustments, transfers or prepare any documentation necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution. th Duly adopted this 26 day of July, 2004, by the following vote: AYES : Mr. Stec, Mr. Boor, Mr. Turner, Mr. Strough NOES : None ABSENT: Mr. Brewer
