WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve the audit of bills presented as the

Abstract with a run date of September 23, 2004 and a payment date of September 28, 2004,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Abstract with a run date
rdth
of September 23, 2004 and payment date of September 28, 2004 numbering 24-415100 through
24-444000 and totaling $1,219,318.43, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Budget Officer and/or
Town Supervisor to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of
this Resolution.
