RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING PAUL ABESS TO TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY ETHICS BOARD

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury Ethics
Board and the term of current member Paul Abess recently expired, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Abess has expressed interest in reappointment to the Ethics Board and the
Town Board wishes to reappoint Mr. Abess for a new four (4) year term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby reappoints Paul Abess to serve as a

member of the Queensbury Ethics Board until his term expires August 23, 2008.
