RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING GORDON OSTRANDER TO TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY ETHICS BOARD

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Theodore Turner
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury Ethics
Board and the term of current member Gordon Ostrander recently expired, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Ostrander has expressed interest in reappointment to the Ethics Board and
the Town Board wishes to reappoint Mr. Ostrander for a new four (4) year term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board, by a vote of at least four (4) members, hereby
reappoints Gordon Ostrander to serve as a member of the Queensbury Ethics Board until his term

expires August 23, 2008.
