ANNOAL MEETING November 10th, 1938
At the Annual Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury held
on the above date at the Clerk' s office at 7P.M. the following
members werO present.

After delieration the Board adopted the following resolution .
RESOLUTION NO 74 Introduced by Mr Nobles seconded Mr Lampson.
it was resolved that the following be and are raised by Taxation for
Highway purpose in the Town of Queensbury for year of 1939 to be as
follows , Item 1 $259000. Item 3 ? 8840.41 Item 4 $ 109000. , the following
amount of ',6159. 59 to be raised to pay certifi en,te of indebtiness on ,thei,:�

Bridge, Lower barren Street to what is known as Boulevard .Road as there was no
Resolution passed by the Town Board of the 'Town of Queenebury authorizing the
Construction of the above described sidewalk project.
RESOLUTION N0. 75, Introduced by Mr Nobles, Seconded by Mr Bentley,
It was Resolved that be and is hereby authorized and directed to renew
the Application for the Continuance of the W. 'P. A Project on Road leading from
Bay Road by the Top of The World Farm to Junction of Lockhart Road.
Duly Adopted by the following Votes:-
Ayes- Mr been, Mr Nobles, Hr Lampson, Mr Bentley and Mr Fowler.
