RESOLUTION SETTING SALARY FOR LORI O’SHAUGHNESSY -
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO TOWN SUPERVISOR

WHEREAS, the Town Supervisor recently appointed Lori O’Shaughnessy to the full-time
position of Executive Assistant to the Supervisor, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to set the 2004 salary for the position,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby sets the salary for Lori
O’Shaughnessy, Executive Assistant to Town Supervisor, at $32,990 per annum effective

November 1, 2004, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Budget Officer to complete any forms and take any action necessary to effectuate the
terms of this Resolution.
