IMAF F.,AS, The Town Board as Commissioners of the West Glens Falls
WATER DISTRICT of the Town of queensbury, did on the 4th day of May9I968, issue
Certificate of Indebtedness payable at the Glens Falls National Bank and
Trust Co of Glens Falls, N.N. for the Sum of $I,000. 00, which Certificate Of
Indebtedness was payable six month From Date thereof at the rate of Interest
of four Per-cent,and
WHEREAS, the Certificate of Indebtedness was not paid at maturity
for the reason that Bonds were not Issued by said District for payment of
construction of water System in said District,
ReESOLNED, that the Supervisor of the Town of Jueensbury and the
Town Clerk of said Town be and hereby authorized and Directed to issue
reniewl of said certificate of indebtedness of the Town of Q ueensbury for the
sume of $I, OOO. 000 payable at the Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Copany
two months from date thereof, with interest at the rete of four Per-cent,

intrest on note for which this reniewl is Given

New York, is indept unto and hereby agress and promises to pay to the
Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Co of Glens Falls ,N,Y, or order the stem t
one thousand Dollars, (I, 000900 ; 'two months from date hereof, with interest
at the rate of four per-cent,
this certificate of indebtedness is given for reniew&l of note due
November 49 I938 which was issued for the purpose Of paying for the cost Of
material and cost of construction of water system in the wast Glens Falls
W
ater district and is given in anticipation of a Bond Issue of the Town of
O,ueensbury for said water District.
