Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Queenabury, held on above date
at 7* ?.M, at tke Town Clerk' s Offiwe the following members were present

on the board,
Resolution # 13 Introduced by Mr Bentley seconded by Mr Nobles
Whereas as owners of real property around Glen lake have pititioaed this Board
for a road to be con#tructed from the end of the present Glen Lake road around
tke end of St Mary' s Bay to Os Bow Hill and where as owners 'of property along tie
R.O.`8' of aforesaid road have presented deedd of nieessary land for the
R.O.'W. of said road and whereas a maps of said Rave been prepard and said
Map has been approved by tke Town Supt, of higk ,
Resolved that the skjtmm aforesaid deeds and map be a ecepted
