RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY AND QUEENSBURY YOUTH BASEBALL
& SOFTBALL, INC.

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to enter into an agreement with the Queensbury
Youth Baseball & Softball, Inc., and
WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement for the year 2003 has been presented at this meeting and
is in form approved by Town Counsel,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves of the Agreement between
the Town and the Queensbury Youth Baseball & Softball, Inc., and authorizes and directs the Town
Supervisor to execute the Agreement with funding to be paid for from the appropriate Town account.
