RESOLUTION APPOINTING ROBERT HUMMEL TO
TOWN OF QUEENSBURY RECREATION COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 140, 2020

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. George Ferone
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury
Recreation Commission in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Recreation Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Recreation Commission considered and interviewed candidates and
recommends the appointment of Robert Hummel, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to appoint Robert Hummel to the Recreation
Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Robert Hummel to the Town

of Queensbury Recreation Commission with his term to expire on December 31, 2026.
