RESOLUTION APPOINTING VERONICA STILLMAN AS RECORDS
CLERK IN TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE ON A PERMANENT BASIS
RESOLUTION NO. 142, 2020

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. George Ferone
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 162,2019, the Queensbury Town Board appointed Veronica
Stillman as Records Clerk in the Town Clerk’s Office on a provisional basis until such time as Ms.
Stillman placed successfully on the Civil Service exam for the position and successfully completed a
twenty-six (26) week probationary period, and
WHEREAS, the Warren County Civil Service Administration has advised that Ms. Stillman
placed successfully on the Civil Service exam for the position, and
WHEREAS, the Town Clerk has advised that Ms. Stillman has also successfully completed her
twenty-six (26) probationary period and therefore the Town Clerk has recommended that the Town
Board appoint Ms. Stillman on a permanent basis,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Veronica Stillman to the

Records Clerk position in the Town Clerk’s Office on a permanent basis effective April 6, 2020, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Town
Clerk and/or Budget Officer to complete any forms necessary to effectuate the terms of this
Resolution.
