RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENGAGEMENT OF BARTLETT, PONTIFF,
STEWART & RHODES, P.C. TO CONDUCT INVESTIGATION OF
PERSONNEL MATTER

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to authorize engagement of Bartlett, Pontiff,
Stewart & Rhodes, P.C. (BPSR) to conduct an investigation of a personnel matter,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves and authorizes engagement
of Bartlett, Pontiff, Stewart & Rhodes, P.C. to conduct an investigation of a personnel matter for an
amount of $160 per hour to be paid for from the appropriate account, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to
execute any needed documentation and take any action necessary to effectuate the terms of this
Resolution.
