Supervisor Strough called meeting to order…
Discussion held regarding the following:
Regional COVID-19 Metrics: Where regions currently stand
Warren County Dashboard
Four Phases
Video: How COVID-19 Can Spread in a Community
Town Post Pandemic Plan: Arrive at common agreements to create a safe working
environment for employees while progressing towards safely serving our residents’
needs.
Marge Mulligan, Representative of Pinnacle applauded the Town for their response to the
COVID-19 Pandemic. Reviewed handout with the Department Managers, ‘COVID-19 Return to
Work Checklist’.
After discussion, it was agreed to move slowly and cautiously perhaps waiting 30 days from the
implementation of Phase One. The Town will continue to stay on lockdown keeping the
building closed to the public and by appointments only. Security will continue screening and
PPE’s will be required when social distancing cannot be met. Chuck Rice, Director of Building
& Grounds will complete the placement of plexiglass throughout the town’s facility.
