is hereby authorized and directed to remove fire hydrant from its prese t
location in front of 'lilkie`s Cabins, IC restaurant on Route �9 and in.stal'` d

said hydrant at a point about 50 feet south of its present location.
Duly adopted by the following votes.

;E,U30 Thde Town Board of the Town of (),ueensbua y,Y'varren County, New York,
has undertaken Public 71orks Project NO.53353 providing for the construction and
improvenent of town road leading from Glen Lake .Road extension frem end of presen
road across to Ox Row Hill.; and
WHEREAS, The said Board has adopted a resolution to furnish tractors,
t'ru'cks and drivers - to carry on said work; and,
T1jF.P;.,p,,,S, There is insufficient funds available for the payment of the
Town's share of the cost of said Public Works Project,NOW,THEREF'ORE,be it
RESOLVED,That this Board appropriate andit does hereby appropriate
the sum of X350, for the purpose of paying the Town' s share of said Public Works
Project; and be it further
RESOLVED,That pursuant to Section 5-0 of Chapter 436 of the Laws of 1938,
the Town of Queensbury borrow said sum of $ 350.00 and issue therefore its Certifi
ate of Indebtedness payable within one year from the date of said Certificate,
with interest at four centum(4%)per annum; and be it further
RESOL .: ;That the Supervisor and Town Clerk be and they hereby are autho3
aced to excute said Certificate of Indebtedness; and be it further
RESOLVD,That the money so borrowed be deposited in a speciap account and
be used exclusively for the works project purposes above mentioned.The above
resolution duly adopted by the following vote: Ayes: Mr Been, Mr Nobles, Mr Lampsc
Mr Bentley, Mr Fowler, Noes: None.
