RESOLUTION ADDING EVERGREEN LANE TO LIST OF TOWN
PRIVATE DRIVEWAYS AND ROAD NAMES

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 434.95, the Queensbury Town Board adopted a list of names
for private driveways and roads in the Town in connection with the 911 addressing system, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to add “Evergreen Lane” which would serve Building 1
and Building 2 of the Cedars Senior Living Center off Bay Road across from Adirondack Community
College to its list of private driveways and road names,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby adds “Evergreen Lane” to its list of
private driveways and roads in the Town of Queensbury, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Highway
Department to arrange for installation of the necessary poles and street signs identifying “Evergreen
Lane,” and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that any expenses associated with this Resolution shall be paid for from the
appropriate account.
