RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HIRING OF CHARLES JONES AS PART-
TIME LABORER FOR TOWN TRANSFER STATIONS

WHEREAS, the Solid Waste Facilities Operator has requested Town Board authorization to
hire Charles Jones as a temporary, part-time Laborer to work at the Town Transfer Stations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Solid Waste

Facilities Operator to hire Charles Jones as a temporary, part-time Laborer effective July 22, 2003 at
an hourly salary of $11.19 to be paid from the appropriate payroll account, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that such hiring is contingent upon Mr. Jones passing the pre-employment
physical required by Town Policy, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Solid
Waste Facilities Operator and/or Town Comptroller to complete any forms and take any action
necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
