RESOLUTION ADDING ANTLER ROAD TO LIST OF TOWN PRIVATE
DRIVEWAYS AND ROAD NAMES

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 434.95, the Queensbury Town Board adopted a list of names
for private driveways and roads in the Town in connection with the 911 addressing system, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to add “Antler Road,” which contains property of
Monique and Michel Julien and Elaine and Timothy Leppert located off Cleverdale Road and Private
Road No. 1, to the Town of Queensbury’s list of private driveways and road names,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby adds “Antler Road” to its list of
private driveways and roads in the Town of Queensbury, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Highway
Department to arrange for installation of the necessary poles and street signs identifying “Antler Road,”
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that any expenses associated with this Resolution shall be paid for from the
appropriate account.
