WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve the audit of bills

presented as the Abstract with a run date of October 20, 2004 and a payment date of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Abstract with a

run date of October 20, 2004 and payment date of October 26, 2004 numbering
24423200 through 24483200 and totaling $273,099.03, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Budget Officer
and/or Town Supervisor to take such other and further action as may be necessary to
effectuate the terms of this Resolution.

2.0 ROUTE 9 LIGHTING DISCUSSION
Budget Officer Jennifer Switzer-Reviewed for the Board the Route 9 Lighting
Project…need to purchase bolts and fixtures to avoid another price increase…The
proposal drawing and has to be looked at and signed off on and the dollar amount needs
to be signed off on and sent back … pole height at 12 feet …
Discussion held regarding purchasing the bolts and fixtures, agreed to purchase the items
before the next price increase if storage can be found on Town of Queensbury property
for it to be housed for the winter.

Supervisor Stec-Received a memo from Dennis MacElroy the engineer for Queensbury
Partners would like to be on an agenda for a workshop to discuss Bay Road Sewer and
their project…
Discussion held –A letter will be sent stating that the Town Board does not feel that it is
an appropriate time for the Town Board to become involved in the sewer. Proceed with
the Planning Board and staff for planning the sewer needs, but there is no need for the
Town Board to have a workshop at this time, to be signed by the Supervisor
