397.2003 RESOLUTION INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS AND ESTIMATED REVENUES AND AMENDING 2003 TOWN BUDGET TO ACCOMMODATE REIMBURSED ENGINEERING SERVICES RESOLUTION NO.: 397, 2003 INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Daniel Stec WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Mr. Tim Brewer WHEREAS, there is a need to amend the 2003 Budget to address the additional amount of reimbursed engineering services to be expended for the remainder of the 2003 fiscal year, and WHEREAS, the Planning Department has requested a budget amendment, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs amendment of the Town’s 2003 Budget as follows: 1) Increase Estimated Revenues in Account #001-0001-2116 (Technical Assistance) by the amount of $15,000; and 2) Increase Appropriations in Account #001-8020-4711 (Planning – Reimbursable Engineering Services) by the amount of $15,000; and BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, that the Town Board further approves, authorizes and directs the Town Comptroller’s Office to make any necessary adjustments, transfers or prepare any documentation necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution. th Duly adopted this 8 day of September, 2003, by the following vote: AYES: Mr. Brower, Mr. Boor, Mr. Turner, Mr. Stec NOES: None ABSENT:Mr. Turner
