RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROMOTION OF TIM BRUNELLE FROM
LABORER TO MEO AT PINE VIEW CEMETERY AND CREMATORIUM

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury Cemetery Commission and Cemetery Superintendent
have recommended that the Town Board authorize the promotion of Tim Brunelle from Laborer to
Motor Equipment Operator (MEO) at the Pine View Cemetery and Crematorium, and
WHEREAS, the Cemetery Superintendent has advised that Mr. Brunelle has met the
qualifications for the position and has the required job experience, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to authorize the requested promotion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the promotion
of Tim Brunelle from Laborer to Motor Equipment Operator (MEO) at the Pine View Cemetery and

Crematorium effective October 21, 2003 at the rate of pay specified in the Town’s CSEA Union
Agreement for the position for the year 2003, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that in accordance with the Town’s Agreement with CSEA, such promotion
shall be subject to a 90 day trial period, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor,
Cemetery Superintendent and/or Town Comptroller to complete any forms and take any action
necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
