RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STIPEND FOR ACTING PURCHASING
AGENT FOR YEAR 2003
RESOLUTION NO. 464.2003

WHEREAS, William Lavery has been the Acting Purchasing Agent for 2003, and
WHEREAS, the 2003 Budget had a regular stipend of $4,224 for the position of
Purchasing Agent,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs that William
Lavery be paid such $4,224 stipend for 2003, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Comptroller to take any action necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
