RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROMOTION OF FRANK LOPEZ FROM
WATER PLANT OPERATOR TRAINEE TO WATER PLANT OPERATOR I
AT TOWN WATER TREATMENT PLANT

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Water Superintendent has recommended that the Town Board
authorize the promotion of Frank Lopez from Water Plant Operator Trainee to Water Plant Operator I
at the Town’s Water Treatment Plant, and
WHEREAS, the Water Superintendent has advised that Mr. Lopez has passed the
departmental test for the position and has the required job experience, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to authorize the requested promotion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the promotion
of Frank Lopez from Water Plant Operator Trainee to Water Plant Operator I at the Town Water

Treatment Plant effective December 4, 2003 at the rate of pay specified in the Town’s CSEA Union
Agreement for the position for the year 2003, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Water
Superintendent and/or Town Comptroller to complete any forms and take any action necessary to
effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
