RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SAFE DEPOSIT BOX RENTAL
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY AND
EVERGREEN BANK

WHEREAS the Town Clerk has advised that it is necessary to enter into a rental
agreement for a safe deposit box with Evergreen Bank, and
WHEREAS, such rental agreement will designate that the Town Clerk and Deputy Town
Clerk I shall have access to such safety deposit box,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Clerk to enter
into a rental agreement with Evergreen Bank for a safe deposit box, such agreement to designate
that the Town Clerk and Deputy Town Clerk I shall be designated to have access to such box, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Clerk and/or
Town Supervisor to sign any documentation and take such further action as may be necessary to
effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
